TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
The petition of the electors of the Division of Nicklin draws to the
attention of the House the number of serious and fatal traffic accidents
that have occurred at the intersection of Blackall Street Woombye and the
Nambour Connection Road.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to reduce the speed limit on
the Nambour Connection Road in the vicinity of the intersection with
Blackall Street to 60 kilometres per hour.
