TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
The petition of citizens of Queensland draws to the attention of the
House the high number of mosquitoes on the Southern Moreton Bay Islands
and Redland Bay and the associated risk posed to public health.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to provide the Redland Shire
Council with more funds to improve their mosquito eradication program.
