TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the level of traffic noise from the Sunshine Motorway affecting adjoining residential properties in Mountain Creek.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to call on the Minister for Transport and Main Roads to install noise abatement barriers along the Sunshine Motorway from Abelia Place to Glenfields Boulevard, in Mountain Creek to mitigate the high level of traffic noise.
