TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland

Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House that Queensland residents are presently banned from taking damages action against vaccine companies in the event of serious adverse reactions or side effects. We also note that Queensland Members of Parliament are exempted from the mandatory vaccine requirement to undertake their employment in the House. The people see these actions as a lack of confidence by the Queensland Government in the effectiveness and safety of the vaccines. But now, the Government want to inject our children with vaccines that their own policies suggest are of high risk.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to immediately legislate to allow the people to seek legal remedy for adverse reactions from vaccines. This would demonstrate to the people that the government has confidence in the efficacy of the vaccines. If the government is not prepared to pass such legislation immediately, then the House needs to legislate to ban such vaccinations for all children under 16 years of age.
