Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House that nearly 31K Punjabi speakers in Queensland want their language to be included in P-10 curriculum. It will help their children to stay connected with their culture.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to request the Minister’s office and the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) to include Punjabi language as one of the languages that students can learn at school.
