TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Electors of Toowoomba North draws to the attention of the House the increased traffic congestion on the New England Highway, and the lack of a second connection road between Toowoomba and Highfields.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to design, build and construct a north-south transport corridor, and also link Boundary Street to Old Goombungee Road as an urban traffic corridor.
