draws to the attention of the House I believe a combination of irresponsible migration intake and lack of protection for housing affordability and security are the largest factor contributing to the housing affordability crisis and availability of rental properties nationwide. I believe as Australians we are big on fairness and opportunity. I believe we are big on all types of securities for all Australians and I feel the housing crisis is a significant security issue for the Australian people. Iam asking on behalf of all Australian citizens that something be done to protect the rights and security for all Australian citizens nationwide. Australian citizens shouldn't have to feel unsecured and unsafe or uncertain if they can afford to rent or face homelessness for their families. These security issues are affecting all Australian citizens not just those who are trying to find or afford a rental property for their family. Iam asking for change because as Australian citizens our priority is the well-being and safety of all our citizens. Iam asking on behalf of all Australian citizens that something be done to address the issue effectively and as soon as possible.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to We therefore ask the House to look into every possible avenue from affordability to availability of housing for rent and look into ways to prevent the housing crisis from getting much worse and increasing instability in the lives of all Australian citizens nationwide
