TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland

The Petition of citizens of Queensland draw to the attention of the House
that proposed development of Taylor Point at Trinity Beach north of
Cairns would prevent public access to the popular residential and visitor
recreational foreshore known as Taylor Point Beach.

Your petitioners therefore request the House to ensure that the right of
safe, legal and permanent access at all times, regardless of tides, is
provided from the northern end of Moore Street or the park on Connermara
Close, Trinity Beach, directly to the foreshore at Taylors Point Beach.
