TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
This petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the
attention of the House the QBuild report, MMAR17SB, dated 20/12/1995,
which indicates the need for asbestos roofing to be removed from the
Moggill State School as a high priority.
Your petitioners therefore request the House t to immediately remove all
asbestos material from Moggill State School and provide sufficient
insulation to ensure comfortable learning conditions for children and
that Education Queensland not simply encapsulate the asbestos material.
