The petition of residents of the state of Queensland draws the attention
of the House to the dangerous traffic situation at the newly constructed
Stewart Road interchange. The merging lanes both north and south onto
the M1 are hazardous for the following reasons: The short length of these
lanes, making entry unsafe and vision being obstructed due to concrete
barriers.

The petitioners request the House to complete this piece of
infrastructure, allowing better visibility and making access to the M1
safe.
