On 1 December 2015, the Hospital and Health Boards (Safe Nurse-to-Patient and Midwife-to-Patient Ratios) Amendment Bill 2015 (the Bill) was introduced in the Legislative Assembly by the Hon Cameron Dick MP, the Minister for Health and Minister for Ambulance Services.
The Bill was referred to the Health and Ambulance Services Committee (the Committee) in accordance with Standing Order 131. The Committee is required to report to the Parliament by Friday 29 April 2016.
