TERMS OF REFERENCE

The committee requests briefings from departments and other agencies within its area of portfolio responsibility on their annual reports. These briefings assist the committee to understand the achievements, performance, outlook and financial position of portfolio agencies, and contribute to the committee’s knowledge and consideration of the portfolio areas for which it is responsible, including public accounts and public works matters. 

The committee conducts this work in accordance with section 94(1) of the Parliament of Queensland Act 2001.  

Education, Industrial relations and racing Portfolio agencies

Public briefings on 2021-22 annual reports – Monday 28 November 2022 

The committee has scheduled public briefings on Monday 28 November 2022 in the Parliamentary Annexe by the Department of Education and other agencies within the education, industrial relations and racing portfolio areas on their 2021-22 annual reports.
