Time to ignite your engines, Minecraft Masters!

In 2025, Queensland Parliament will again invite students from Years 4 to 12 to unleash their creativity in Minecraft Education and build onto our blocky parliamentary playground. The winning extension will enhance our suite of educational resources, enabling students all over the state to learn how our democracy works in fun and innovative ways.

You can view the 2024 winning Minecraft model of the Legislative Assembly Chamber, and the Teacher Guide which supports use of this resource in the classroom.

In Term 2, 2025 teams of up to five students will be invited for the next stage of the mission: to extend our Minecraft Parliament by adding to the Green Chamber. Fantastic prizes are up for grabs, including merchandise for students, engraved awards and the prestige of adding the Parliamentary Education Cup to your school's trophy cabinet!
